How to play

Here’s how to play Pick Me Up in 5 simple steps.

STEP 1: DEAL THE CARDS

Deal each player 5 “Pick Up Lines”

Deal each player 5 “Pick Up Lines” from the stack of purple cards. These are the pickup line cards.

STEP 2: READ THE SCENARIO

Choose the “Hot Date”

Each round, one player, called the "Hot Date" acts as the dealer. They pick a black card and reads the scenario out loud. The first “Hot Date” is the last person who hit on someone in public!

STEP 3: PLAY A ROUND

"Suitors" deliver their best pickup line

Everyone else, called "Suitors" delivers the best pickup line from their hand. Customize it, act it out, or make one up on the fly. Try to pick up the Hot Date by pitching the best pickup line for that scenario!

STEP 4: CHOOSE THE WINNER

The “Hot Date” chooses the best pickup line

After each Suitor has pitched their best pickup line, the Hot Date chooses their favorite. They hand the black scenario card to the suitor who won their heart. 

STEP 5: NEXT ROUND

Play another round

The Hot Date shifts to the next person, everyone draws a new pickup line card, and you play another round. This repeats until there one of the suitors wins the game.

How to win the game

First Suitor to pick up 3 Hot Dates wins the game! Once a player has collected 3 black cards by winning 3 rounds, the game is over, that suitor is crowned the King or Queen of Rizz and everyone must bow to their majesty.
